Students

'what will students get?'

Aimed at students in secondary education, we will provide insights into legal careers to allow young adults to make informed decisions and seriously consider the legal industry as a viable option. We will also provide help needed to achieve those goals and get entry level employees off to a good start. This will be achieved by the following;

Training

Covering a range of roles and responsibilities, we will provide training for different aspects of legal administration. Training will be available in one to one and group sessions, webinars / seminars, and via information packs.

Different levels will be available from foundation, intermediate and advance, along with continuous development training for those in relevant employment.

Mentoring and Guidance

We know how daunting and intimidating first and new jobs can be. Going into an industry such as law will be just as daunting, if not more, particularly without a support network.

We will provide mentoring and guidance for our candidates to steer them in the right direction, and be there to offer support in the early days of their careers.

CV and Letter Writing

Your CV is the first thing a recruitment panel will see. This is where they draw their shortlist of applicants from when deciding who to invite for an interview. First impressions are lasting, and a good CV will be the difference in successfully gaining an invitation to an interview.

We provide sessions specific to CV and cover letter writing along with templates for you to use.

This particular element is not limited to the legal industry and will be very useful on a broader scope.
